OUR MISSION:During our tenure in the home inspection business, we have prided ourselves on giving our clients peace of mind.  In that quest, we opened our "Home Watch" division.  Unlike most home watch companies, we do not just WATCH the house, we manage it. We are formally trained and qualified to pick up on any issues that may arise. Our mission is to make your piece of paradise a true vacation home.

WHAT WE DO: For a new client, we will inspect your home to advise you of any potential issues so you have a true sense of the condition. This allows us to correct the issues before they become problems. During our weekly visits, we inspect the property from the ground to make sure all exterior areas are in good shape. This also serves to insure that the service personnel that you rely upon to maintain your grounds and pool are doing so in your absence. We prepare your property for your arrival and secure it after your departure. We insure that all items are operating as intended and we exercise the following items that are typically left sitting there for months:

• A/C System- Most  companies do not have training in a/c evaluation & will not enter the attic to inspect an air handler.
• Water Heater
• Dishwasher
• Icemaker & Water Dispenser
• Washer/Dryer
• Garbage disposal
• Plumbing system
• All windows & doors are secured with alarms activated properly
• Look for pest & rodent problems
• Irrigation Systems
• Pool/Spa- We are familiar with all components of your pool system and can quickly identify problems. We don't just check to make sure the water is blue.

In the event of a HURRICANE, we make sure the provisions you have for your home are up and providing the necessary protection, and take them down as soon as we can safely do so. After the past two hurricanes hit SW Florida, our company was inundated with calls for damage assessment inspections. If you experience damage due to a hurricane, you take priority with a damage assessment inspection to help you get your insurance claim underway. Imagine being out of state and not knowing the condition of your home, we will get you that information. In addition, we will take measures to stop even more damage from occurring, such as water intrusion.
